Services

SF Bay Packaging Solutions provides used and new industrial packaging products including gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC tanks, as well as related services such as buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transport.

Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for a limited time as specified in the quote.

Product Condition

Used products are sold as-is based on their graded condition (A, B, or C). We make every effort to accurately describe and grade products, but minor variations may occur.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of order. We reserve the right to require advance payment for new customers or large orders.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if products do not match the agreed specifications. Customer must contact us before returning any products.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
